Out of hours support
We know how difficult things can be for tenants that have no support from their Letting Agent or Landlord - We have out of hours support for our tenants 7 days a week to ensure their homes are kept safe and in good condition, we want you to enjoy living in our properties long term.
You’ll have a Property Managers direct contact details to report issues immediately with no automated services or virtual agents. We don’t even have a hold button! If you have a problem, we do actually want to hear from you.
An online street check
We only buy properties in areas that we’re familiar with, after viewing a property we knock on doors and talk to the neighbours to find out what life is genuinely like in the street.
We carry out an online street check before we even view a property to find out the latest crime statistics for that particular area.
